1. We strive for excellence and complete customer satisfaction, so if you complete your order prior to 8pm EST we will make every effort to prepare and package your order for shipment the very next morning, though there is no "guarantee", any and all efforts are made to fulfil this promise. If you sign up on our site, order directly through our cart while being logged in, you will have updates related to your orders provided on the site immediately after processing and packaging has taken place.


2. Only items that are defective and do not contain a manufacture warranty will be granted an RMA number for returns.



3. Item(s) being returned for an exchange MUST be returned within 14 days from date of receipt at buyers expense (Turn Around Shipping is also at buyer's expense) and MUST include original item purchased in original condition and packaging.



4. An email to our shipping@dodgenie.com services MUST be received prior to sending an item back in order to get a return RMA number. Items received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping & handling is non-refundable and a restock charge may be applied. Shipping charges on the exchanged item is at the buyers expense.



5. Not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us/carrier within 48 hours to file a damage claim. Buyer will be required to supply ALL needed materials for claim processing in a timely manner. i.e. photos, statement of damage and appraisal.



6. Shipping Charges are calculated Cheaply!!

$5 per item (ONLY choose this option if you are purchasing 1 (one) item)
$7 per entire order (Choose this option when you order 1+)


WARNING: BE CAREFUL NOT TO CHOOSE THE $5 OPTION WHEN YOU ORDER 1+ BECAUSE IT WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM!! THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND IRREVERSIBLE.



***Currently we are only fulfilling orders to the United States (Hawaii & Alaska included...as they are the US too). We will also ship to Puerto Rico, as well.***
